How long does it usually take to complete the software?
The delivery timeframe depends on many factors, but generally we can offer 3-10 day turn around time on most projects. Simple projects and consulting services are usually done the same day.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards via paypal, checks, western union and wire transfers. Generally 50% deposit is required for most projects.
What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
Overview of what you want the product to do, as well as
detailed feature/specifications list. Also, it is usually
useful to let us know any implementation preferences: flat
text files or database? what programming language?, etc
What is your hourly rate?
Unlike most of our competitors we do not charge our clients
on per hour basis. We always quote how much a project will
cost beforehand, so there are never any surprises. We always
offer competitive prices, and in most cases will be able
to beat competitor's rates.
How much experience do your programmers have?
Everyone in our organization has at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience.
